We’re looking for
Level Design Intern
Location – Ha Noi
- Final-year student or fresh graduate.
- Strong passion for mobile games, especially puzzle games.
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Patient and eager to learn.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and explore ideas.
- Basic knowledge of programming, Adobe Photoshop and English communication skills is a plus
What you will be doing
- Design and build game levels using internal tools.
- Understand level pacing and progression, and apply it effectively in level design.
- Analyze player behavior data to evaluate level performance and make improvements.
- Iterate on levels based on feedback and data insights.
- Contribute creative ideas to game design and gameplay features.
- Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, and Developers to enhance player experience.
Career Development Path
- Intern (2-3 months): Receive intensive training, complete learning tasks, and get familiar with real production workflows
- Part-time: Participate directly in real projects with increased responsibilities and income
- Official Employee: Become a full-time employee with long-term career growth opportunities
