We’re looking for HR-Admin Intern/ Part time
Location – Ha Noi
- Female is preferable
- Final year student or recently graduated students from University of Economics/ Finance and Accounting
- Be experienced in using MS Office
- High sense of responsibility and carefulness
- Be well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Agile, independent, eager to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
What you will be doing
- Manage revenue-expenditure and internal payments
- Check the validity and legitimacy of accounting vouchers
- Assist in checking timesheets, payroll and salary payments.
- Manage the increase and decrease of social insurance and make monthly payments to the social insurance agencies.
- Prepare internal reports as requested
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
